Delivery policy

FamzoLearn is a digital service. Nothing physical is sold or shipped, and there are no shipping or delivery charges.

How you receive it

• The app is downloaded from the Apple App Store or Google Play, or used in the browser at famzolearn.com/app.
• The free trial starts the moment a parent signs in, with the whole library open.
• A subscription unlocks as soon as the payment is confirmed — usually within seconds, and on every phone and browser signed in to your family.
• New content — daily cards, new chapters and stories — appears in the app as it is released, for as long as the subscription is active.

Where it is available

Anywhere the App Store or Google Play lists FamzoLearn, and in any modern browser at famzolearn.com. Prices are shown in Indian rupees in India and in US dollars elsewhere on the pricing page.

If it does not unlock

If you have paid and the app still shows the plans after a few minutes, open Parent Corner → Subscription and tap Restore purchases. If that does not help, write to support@famzolearn.com with the email on your account — we answer within 48 hours, and if we cannot unlock it we refund you under our refund policy.
